Big Changes
I planned on doing a tutorial,"How to update a chair on a budget" but I found out that we are moving to Oklahoma in less than 2 weeks! I have the chair finish but everything is pretty hectic right now so it will have to wait.... Sorry! Once we get settle I will continue upholstering and will post more(repairing a couch, and upholstering a wingback k chair to name a few). Thanks!

Black and White Glamour Chair
My sister has been searching for a chair for her house but didn't want to spend a lot for what she wanted. We came across this scary chair. I saw what it could look like if I upholstered it (a really unique chair) but I was honestly a little nervous if I could make it work. So we tore it apart and saw great potential.

Before......

Little legs that I ended up painting black. All about the little details:)

After....
Tada!!!! What a difference? Right?

I made black velvet buttons out of scrap materials from a previous chair. I don't like throwing scraps away:) 18 buttons to be exact! Tufted the arm of the chair for elegance.
This chair was a lot of work, but I enjoyed to see the transformation. What a difference!
